Every Saturday night, Body café will be featuring contemporary South East Asian cuisine by renown chef Kimnath Nou Nath. The culinary traditions of Asia are alive in Santa Fe, as Kimnath crafts phenomenal dishes from her native Cambodia and surrounding countries. Awaken your taste buds with Kimnath’s cuisine, which has gained notoriety in Crestone, Colorado through her company Nath's Specialty catering. Her authentic Khmer cuisine is fuses Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese culinary traditions with a contemporary twist using organic, local ingredients.

The variety of the entrees on the menu will surprise you with vegetarian and meat dishes such as Vietnamese Raw Spring Rolls, Thai-Cambodian Curry, Cambodian Crab & Shrimp and Pad Thai. Each dish is made to order and there is never any MSG. The Thai food tends to be hot and spicy, but can be made to your preference.
