Rental Information

We have space available for rental in our studio and Red Kitchen for concerts, lectures and workshops.

If you interested please fill out the event proposal form. It will help us get to know you and your event. We will not consider any presenter or rental until the form has been filled out and emailed to marketing@bodyofsantafe.com
BODY Event Proposal Form

Renting BODY Studio
Available Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 - 9:00 pm
3 hour minimum

Basic Package:
- Body staff member will manage all set up and break down of tables, chairs, basic sound equipment, lighting, and decór props.

Extended Package:
- Body staff member will manage all set up and break down of tables, chairs, basic sound equipment, lighting, and decór props.
- Body will provide one volunteer and one staff member to assist in event production.

We can create & sell pre-sale tickets for you, with a fee of $1.50 per ticket. This means we create, print, and sell the tickets through our system.

Sound technicians are available for any extended sound needs at the rate of $100 per event.

A projector is available to presenters. All projector usage must be conducted by Body's technician, at the rate of $100 per event.

All Rentals come with a listing on our website for 3 weeks and a listing on our email blast. Advertising is available for additional fees.

Renting BODY Red Kitchen
Available Seven Days, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
This spacious, well-lit room is perfect for intimate workshops and lectures. It has a full kitchen, making it ideal for food workshops, but has a quiet versatility making it perfect for any presentation requiring a stage and audience area.

Rates: $100 for the first hour, $75 for the second hour, $50 for any additional hours.
