Welcome to BODYFit, your source for exceptional exercise programming. We are a collection of committed trainers offering classes in a small group setting. We believe that every client should receive personal attention and articulate instruction. As experts in movement education, we value customer service and exude passion for physical pursuits. We believe exercise should stimulate psychological and physical growth - and we invite you to grow with us.
The BODYFit curriculum identifies four unique tracks for physical training that develop and balance total body fitness - core, interval, strength, and sport.
Our core track focuses on improving the function of the spine, torso, and hips. Core classes restore posture, lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve balance, and enhance mid-body mobilization and stabilization.
The interval track provides invigorating "cardio" classes that stimulate metabolism, burn calories, induce perspiration, and improve body composition.
Classes in our strength track emphasize foundational weight training skills. Here, you will learn impeccable form while developing bone health, sculpting muscles, and increasing strength/endurance.
Finally, for athletes, we offer seasonal sport-specific training classes for skier, rock climbers, runners, and more.
