KIDS CLASSES

Wednesday with Gio
Childrens Yoga: Age 4-9 and 9-13 A playful way to learn asanas by moving through poses that tell as story. This class is Hatha-inspired, with assisted deep stretches and inversions, proper breathing and meditation. Promotes focus and centering supportive of disciplines like dance and martial arts.
Wednesday 4:25-5:15

Friday with Gio
Pregnancy Yoga
offers special poses for pre and post natal care. This hour and a half practice is followed by a complimentary mini tea party with fellow yogis in the cafe.
Childcare available.
Friday 3:00-4:15

INSTRUCTORS

Gio Minardi
Trained in Ashtanga & Iyengar, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Incorporates anatomy, physiology & chakra meditations into asanas.

Passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be frozen or extended. Passes expire 12 weeks from purchase date.
