BODY only uses Spa Technologies Products for our facials. We have found them to be the best product. All Spa Technologies creams, lotions and gels contain no artifical fragrances and are formulated with a 70% seaweed gel base, which are essential to cell function and regeneration. Algae and seaweed are nature’s richest storehouse of vital minerals and elements. Algae are non-flowering water plants that grow in almost every drop of sunlit water and every gram of soil, on the barks of trees and the surfaces of rocks. It is estimated that there are as many as 50,000 species; these include seaweeds and plankton. Seaweed is rich in minerals, enzymes, phyto-hormones and essential fatty acids that nourish, detoxify, repair and protect the skin for optimum health and radiance.  The minerals, trace elements, natural antioxidants, vitamins A, C & E and high concentrations of minerals in seaweed are necessary for cellular function. The 50,000 species of algae are divided into categories according to their colors. Each color of algae is found to have a different affect on the skin.
