Hatha Roots with Mark Singleton

Hatha Yoga increases flexibility of body and mind,
focusing on breath & postures, building physical,
and emotional strength, increasing energy and concentration. (all levels)
Vinyasa Yoga with Mark Singleton

Kundalini with Swaran
Saturdays, 1:45-3:15 pm
Kundalini is a transformative yoga practice with
the potential to heal, elevate, and uplift on all levels.
Pranayam (breathwork), asana, mantra, bandhas,
dristi (eye focus) and mudras guide the student to
full capacity and potential. Ashtanga is based on
postures from the Primary Series linked by fluid
movements & breath (Vinyasa), discover alignment
& grace in a vigorous flow format (intermediate).
Zumba Rhythms with Kate Latimer
Sundays, 3:30 - 4:30 pm
This class is composed of sessions dedicated to
the basic rhythms of Zumba, followed by a Zumba
class emphasizing that day’s rhythm. The series
will culminate with a “Cardio Party” review of
all the rhythms on July 4. Get ready for fireworks!
$14 drop in/BODY Studio Passes applicable.
