KATE LATIMER
Kate is a Nia Blue Belt, Zumba Fitness Instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Kate received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern College and uses her knowledge of the body and the mind to create powerful multidimensional experiences in health and fitness for her students and clients.
KELLE RAE OIEN
Certified Black Belt Nia Instructor. She began teaching Nia in Brazil, and was the first to bring Nia to the country. She brings a rich understanding of the human form through her experience as a Rolfer and Rolf Movement Therapist. Her classes are inspirational, fun and packed with power.
