BRIDGIT WALD, Yoga Dance
Bridgit completed her initial training in Kripalu Yoga, a practice that emphasizes breathwork, meditative movement, and the cultivation of self-awareness and compassion. She integrates the Kripalu perspective and techniques with practices drawn from Shadow Yoga, dance, and the creative arts, which converge in a unique, meditative practice that is accessible to individuals of all ages, experience levels, and physical abilities. After spending the last few years teaching in the US, Canada, and overseas, Bridgit recently came to New Mexico to integrate her explorations into yoga, meditation, and the creative arts with horses by partnering with EQUUS Santa Fe. When not teaching, on the mat, or out with the horses, she enjoys exploring other forms of art and movement practices, time in nature, and spending time with her pup, Milo.
