Adam has been offering caring and effective bodywork since 2008, when he graduated from the New Mexico Academy of the Healing Arts. After spending considerable time at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, Adam developed a deeper understanding as to the importance that the nervous system plays in our health and wellbeing. He incorporates tuning forks and essential oils with deep tissue massage to relax the nervous system, and stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities. Every treatment is a unique experience, intuited in the moment, with the intention of bringing you back to your grounded center. 

Bunny Urick is a seasoned massage therapist with a decade of holistic wellness expertise. Beginning as a Reiki apprentice in 2013, Bunny honed her skills at the National Holistic Institute and has trained in massage therapy with master practitioners. Her unique approach harmonizes medically informed massage with relaxation and energetic techniques, making her a go-to for those seeking relief from chronic pain and trauma recovery. Bunny's hallmark is her attentive, client-centered approach, aiming to empower each individual on their wellness path. Recently transplanted from California where she ran her own massage studio and practiced yoga, Bunny brings her West Coast experience to the table.

Kathy completed a yoga teacher training with the goal of adding a variety of body stretching techniques that improve movement and tissue flow.

With more than 40 years of experience, Philip has adapted many modalities for bodywork and healing. Philip began his studies in 1979 at the Shiatsu Education Center in New York City under the tutelage of Wataru Ohashi. He later incorporated the techniques of Structural Integration created by Dr. Ida Rolf, aligning and balancing the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia. Philip's work is nurturing, providing an energizing yet profoundly relaxing experience.

Her work incorporates Swedish, injury-specific, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and facilitated stretching. Fully in her body, a skill she learned from years of partner dancing, she demonstrates the ability to be present and aware of her client’s subtle body language. And if you speak Dutch, she’ll answer you back because Holland is where she is from.

Theo has twenty years of experience as a bodyworker; and is dedicated to working with your unique needs using a variety of modalities. He graduated as a Certified Rolfer from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Bolder, CO, and incorporates structural integration of your body's facia for balancing in unity with Earth's gravity. Theo formulates a blend of rolfing techniques with deep tissue therapies in each session. Modalities include fascial stretching to lessen mobility restrictions and pain, Thai massage and foot reflexology to balance life force energy flowing through zen lines, and Source Point Therapy to connect the body with its energy fields.

Martha has been a Massage Therapist and Energetic Bodyworker for over 24 years, she graduated from The New England School of Massage and is a Usui Level 3, Master Reiki Practitioner, providing a compassionate and grounding presence while working intuitively. She also studied Massage and Lymphedema, Oncology Massage, and Eastern Ayurvedic Perspective. Martha received a Certificate in Grief and Loss, which led her to become a Certified Music Practitioner, playing Therapeutic Music for people in Hospice, Cancer Patients, and those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Advanced Marconic Energy Practitioner

Lucy is an Advanced Marconic Energy practitioner, trained in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to her practice, she is currently in the Teacher Training program with Marconics International and will begin teaching the Level 1 Protocol to students in the Fall of 2023.

Lucy’s background in spiritual practice and training is a tapestry of academic and practical pursuits: obtaining a B.A. in Religious Studies from the College of Charleston, followed by a Master’s Program at Naropa University and well-refined by the celestial school of human life.

His work integrates the attention to the physical healing of massage therapy with the soothing and balancing of the nervous system through his work on the energetic and emotional body. Elliot works to help his clients heal from pain and trauma while promoting and strengthening a positive relationship between the mind, body, and spirit.
