This ancient Hawaiian technique uses sweeping rhythmic movement that massages both the top and underside of your body. Draping is minimal as your therapist kneads/soothes (the meaning of the word ‘Lomi’) in and out like the paws of a contented cat. They may also use gentle stretches and rotations to release tension.
