Aynsley's path to yoga began with a personal search for peace of mind — and she found a profound connection among breath, body, and movement that she has been deepening ever since. That dedication led her to train across Vinyasa, Yin, and Power Yoga, building a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to teaching. Her classes are intentional and informed, integrating functional mobility to help students move better on the mat and feel stronger and more capable in their daily lives. Aynsley is committed to creating an environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered in their own body.
Outside the studio, Aynsley's love of movement extends to rock climbing, mountain biking, and hiking — a testament to the active, embodied life she both lives and teaches.
