Why We Have This Policy Our therapists and instructors are paid per appointment, and late cancellations directly impact their income. We also have clients on our waitlist who would love your spot. A 24-hour notice helps us fill your appointment and support our team.
24-Hour Notice Required Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled service will be charged in full.
Online Bookings Online bookings are eligible for account credit only and are non-refundable.
Gift Card Bookings Gift cards cannot be used for online reservations. Please call us directly at 505-986-0362 to schedule with a gift card.
