Samantha’s love for yoga started as a way to stretch and recover as a cross-country and track runner in high school and college. Quickly seeing both the mind and body benefits, she was hooked. Samantha completed a two-year intensive teacher training with a primary focus on Iyengar Yoga. Along with her degrees in Biomedical Science and Media Arts, Samantha focuses on safe & precise alignment, the use of props, and systematic sequencing in her teaching. 

When Samantha is not practicing yoga, she is a professional wedding photographer. You can catch her enjoying the mountains hiking with her husband or walking downtown with their dog.
